- 2 Cubed Red Peppers
- 1 Diced Onions
- 5g Basil
- Garlic Oil
Prepare & Serve
Pour a small amount of Garlic oil into a frying pan and lightly fry the red pepper and onion for 5 minutes.
Add the salt, pepper and basil - stir well.
Once the onion starts to brown remove from the heat and put onto a serving dish.
You can serve the red pepper salad warm or cold.
